Shipping

United States: Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. If you need an email shipped faster- overnight, two day, etc- please contact us at smalldogshoppe@gmail.com to work out additional details.

Canada: There will be extra shipping charges for delivery to Canada. If you are ordering any type of food product, your order will need to ship UPS- which is more expensive than USPS. Please be aware of these extra charges.

Outside of the USA & Canada: We will ship to all over the world, but besides the regular shipping costs there will be a $10 processing and handling fee applied. As with Canada, if you are ordering a food product, it will have to ship UPS, which is more expensive than USPS.

Returns

You may return your order for either store credit or exchange. You much first CONTACT US, before returning an item to get an RMA#. All returns must be in brand new condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Exceptions to return policy:

These items are non returnable due to health issues: beds, treats, and custom products. These items are final sale unless there is a defect.

Sizing

All dog clothing designers are made differenly. To ensure proper fit, you need to READ the size chart. Some styles are only made for small dogs, where as others are made for all sized dogs, thus a size "large" may not fit your golden retriever.

To purchase an accurate size below are the measurements you will need:

Neck- Measure where the dog's collar lies. Make sure you are able to fit your fingers underneath.
Length- Measure from the base of the dog's neck to the base of the dog's tail.
Girth/Chest- Measure the broadest part of your dog's chest, this normally is behind the dog's front legs.
Weight- Having a weight will help with the size charts that offer this measurement, BUT the most important measurements are the three above.
